LOCALE is a farm to table focused restaurant located in the Meguro ward of Tokyo. Buying directly from small farmers and producers around Japan, LOCALE utilizes the best vegetables, meat, fish, and grains at the height of their season.
The style of cuisine has taken inspiration from handmade Italian pastas to the use of Moroccan spices; from Korean fermentation to Mexican cooking techniques; from French influence and the Californian passion to know the farmer. By using Japanese ingredients and cookware, LOCALE is at home in Tokyo.
