If you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of our cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your reservation date will result in a 100% cancellation charge of 8800 yen per cancelled guest. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior to your reservation date will result in a 50% cancellation charge of 4400 yen per party member who is cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
